Q: Are your canvas prints framed?
A: At launch, we are offering unframed canvas prints only. Each artwork is shipped rolled in a protective tube, allowing you to frame it locally to your taste.

Q: What materials are your prints made of?
A: Our artworks are printed on premium, museum-grade cotton canvas using high-resolution, fade-resistant ink.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Which countries do you ship to?
A: We currently ship to USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, and Sweden.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A:

  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 5–10 business days
    Delivery times vary based on location.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also use our Order Tracking Page to check the status.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied?
A: Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. If your canvas arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

Q: Who pays return shipping?
A: In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping. However, if the issue was caused by a mistake on our end, we will cover the return costs.


💳 Payments & Orders

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your item may already be in production.
